As you are aware we did refund your order in full as customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and obviously this was a one off that had obviously slipped through our quality control. You did also order the incorrect timber for your needs but obviously as we wanted to rectify this issue for you, we refunded in full. Our sincere apologies once again for any inconvenience caused.
