“WHY WAS MY LAST REVIEW REMOVED From the moment the second batch of timber arrived I was upset and disappointed. The timber was clearly a different colour to the previous batch it was much lighter. Also the timber was extremely roughly cut and covered in splits and splinters as if it was a cheaper inferior product. The timber was even lacking the chemically smell of the previous batch.
However when the 3rd and 4th batch of timber arrived, it was clear to see this was not normal. Batch 3 and 4 were identical to the 1st. The same colour, nice and smooth and clearly treated with the same chemical as the smell was strong.
I have enclosed pictures that clearly show the difference in the timbers.”
