“Put my order in for these and the rails on 2nd April and got my email confirmation or the order. 2 weeks later, no order, contact Ruby who tell me that it looks like it hadn't been processed and that they had done it again and I should get it by friday. Wait all day today. No delivery. Just got an email telling me NOW that they are out of stock and will be 2-3 weeks and would I like a refund. Yes please Ruby, your communication and customer service is awful and I just wanted the pickets I had ordered. Now having to wait for a refund and to look elsewhere even though your website still says they are in stock and so does Amazon where I could also make an order. Dissapointed is an understatement.”
