The last order I received was very disappointing. The bag size I received was smaller than the previous bag. The bags I was previously receiving were “30 Large Sized Dog Servings” (420 grams). The bag I recently received was “28 Large Sized Dog Servings” (392 grams) and I was charged the same amount for less product. I canceled all future orders.”
“my dog has experienced runny stools so we backed the amount way back. Still had issues so stopped. Stools returned to normal. This week started back with very small amount and stools are again very loose. Will stop again for a bit and try again because I like the idea of this product.”
“I definitely feel ruff greens makes a difference! Unfortunately, our dog was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and only made it two weeks after the diagnosis. We bought it mainly for her because she was acting very lethargic and was hoping that it would help. We have two other dogs and we will be using it for them now!”
“While I think Ruff Greens are probably good for my dog, it is far far too expensive for our family. +$60 for a bag and it won't even last a month for a large dog. The suggested 2-tablespoons a day finishes off the bag in a couple of weeks. Also, odd that we are sent what is touted as a one month supply, and it doesn't last for one month. At least the cancellation process was easy over the phone.”
Thank you for contacting us regarding our product. I have viewed your account and see you were receiving a regular bag, however that bag would last your dog only 2 weeks. The large bag would last your dog 30 days and if you like we could offer a discount for you.
“I have been using Ruff Greens for my 5 year old GoldenDoodle for a year or so. She would not eat her food before sprinkling Ruff Greens on it. Now she gobbles her food down within minutes of putting it out for her. It's so great! Plus I know this product has lots of good stuff for my dog in it. So thankful for Ruff Greens. Just try the trial pack and see what happens. It did take more then the trial pack to get my dog use to it.”
