My border collie, Katie, was not eating her food. She would get distracted, walk away with a mouth full and drop kibble all over the floor. She really wasn't interested even if I put scrambled eggs or meat or juices on it. When I got the trial pack, she still wasn't interested. She's sniff it, maybe grab a bite or two, and walk away, so I cancelled my subscription. Then I decided I might as well use up the sample. It took a few days but eventually she was eating all her food. It took a bit more time before she became a member of the bowl licking club. The other day I found her bowl scooted across the floor under a dining chair. Other dogs are attracted to her bowl even if it's empty. I called and got her back on subscription. You ought to be warned though, a border collie is hyper enough but when they are super charged with ruff greens, watch out.

If you would have sent it to the right address I would have loved it. When I contacted your people they sent out another order that I am hoping will arrive tomorrow. Very good folks.

The proof is in the pudding, so to speak. My 8 year old Scottish Terrier has a repaired hip and deals with arthritis. He is leaping onto the couch by himself now! My only wish is that the packaging was better.
