“Michaela was a rescue from a pomeranian web site. Being crated and having puppies all of her four year life she was in bad shape. Low weight, hair loss, no appetite, and lethargic. I started Ruff Greens a week after I got her. In four months she is healthy and beautiful. Her chocolate coat is shinny, skin is healthy, her digestive system is good and energy level is high. Ruff Greens gave her an appetite so she could gain the weight needed to be healthy. Can't say enough good things about about Ruff Greens. “My dog Alimay, had been chewing on her feet and a little itchy for a couple months, Ive changed her food, her shampoo etc... used Ruff greens now almost two months and she is still a little itchy, I think she has allergies?? still working on it, however, her hair is sure nice and her skin is healthier. The only negative is that it is too expensive. I can find other ways to feed her a healthy diet.”
“It’s great that Ruffgreens is non-gmo and made in the USA but it is a bit expensive for what it is. I think it helped my dogs get a little healthier but I did not notice any change in their bad breath. They get dental cleanings/extractions about once a year with dental products in between. The shipping cost is too high. Ruffgreens is definitely profiting off of this especially shipping out of Texas. I run a fulfillment company in Florida and I could ship this for half the price across the country. I emailed customer service to gain entry to my account since the website did not recognize my email address. I also asked about the high shipping fee and offered free advice to help lower their cost with a less expensive way to ship. They replied by only addressing the access to my account. Not a big deal. I just wish they could have at least said no thanks and helped my dogs for as much as they charge. Sorry Ruffgreens. If you contact me, I can remove this review. I know one supplement is not a cure for all dogs. This is more about the customer service response via email. Thanks!”
