“I started my puppy right away and I don't have any experience without it. She seems healthy. She loves her food. I think it must be great. However, I cannot open the package. It is sealed too tight. I have to cut it open and waste the resealable part of the package.”

“We are very pleased with the reaction our dog, Cuervo, has had. He can be a fussy eater, and the rough greens add a flavor he seems to enjoy.
My only criticism is the packaging is awful. This is the second bag we've purchased and we have been unable to open the package without a pair of scissors. This defeats the intended purpose of a zip lock top. I have to resort to keeping the now cut package in a zip lock gallon bag for safe storage. PLEASE FIX THE PACKAGING ASAP. The product is great, the packaging is lousy and the price is expensive.”
