“The Ruff greens has bad customer service. Fist bag did not have a full 30 day supply. Second bad they moved up my billing and shiping day by about 9 days.
The most recent bad was shipped on July 2 it’s now just 17 still not delivered
It’s days now. - They don’t respond to my emails or text message
Bad bad customer service. Sometimes seem like a scam and to make matters worse it is the most expensive supplement in the world. Nothing cost more. You would think the customer service, proper product volume , and a missing delivery would matter to them. But it does not. On my first problem of not have the proper amount. They did nothing to accommodate me like a credit or just send a bit more No nothing’s . It’s now 15 days waiting for my monthly subscription. My dog ran out 22 days ago because they short u on proper volume of the product”

“My dogs like it but you don't include instructions for how much for an under 10 lb. dogs and the price for this stuff is over the top expensive. The chews that I bought (variety pack) my dogs only at one of the 3 kinds you sent. I didn't see any bags for just one certain type of chew, Bad. I would only recommend this for VERY wealthy people.”
