“The MPL22 has been on my buy list for a while, finally got it on sale and it has not disappointed!
Its got the right amount of organisation, external pockets, best water bottle pockets in the game. The ecopak is sleek and a pleasure to use, I'm still waiting for the main zipper to break in and loosen up, comes a bit stiff. The comfort is king, straps are amazing and comfortable under a full load.
I did take the bag out outdoor bouldering (to an actual mountain), however the front of the bag material got scuffed which is disappointing. I was hoping it would be more bombproof, so I probably won't take it outdoors for climbing as it does take quite a beating. Still good for EDC, hiking, weekend travel, day trips etc. I will be keeping this bag for life, probably.

“I absolutely love this backpack, and when you combine it with Ecopak, it is just an awesome mix. The bag is super variable, and can easily go from a long hike on a Sunday to work the follow day, either in black for a more professional and classic look, or for coyote, which looks really good in-person, compared with the photos of it, which must've been taken on a dark and gloomy day. I've been in heavy rain with this backpack, and the interior wasn't wet at all afterwards.
All in all, it is a great take on a classic - two super useful front pockets, including an extremely never-ending dump pocket, two internal pockets that are equally as useful, a laptop compartment at the back of the interior, the roomy main cavity. Whatever it might be about the bag - especially the incredible Ecopak and the watch/utility pockets - it is 100% worth the cost. Just go for it, you won't be disappointed!
Likewise, the CPL24 and the various pouches in Ecopak are a great upgrade from standard nylon. It is hardy, feels durable (more so than X-Pac), is easy to clean, is weatherproof, doesn't make any "crinkly" sounds, and as always, you have peace of mind with the great Rushfaster returns period, along with the lifetime guarantee that comes with the standard of Evergoods. Really, really like this bag, and if you're looking for a perfect match of EDC and a bag for the trail, look no further (the reviews on EG's website also speak for themselves, with the bag being super well-received).”
