“I decided to return this bag. I have a medium-size frame. I found this bag was too big and rigid to fit me. It hung off my shoulder, creating space between the bag and my back. It did not conform to my shape. The backing on the bag (where it rests against the body) is kind of rigid, meaning that a tight strap is required to make it fit well. Even when I had the strap pulled in as far as it could go, I could not get it to conform to my shape. I can only imagine putting items in it would drag it further away from my body. Bag companies need to think more broadly about who their consumers could be, rather than aiming to make stuff for people with broad backs and shoulders (predominantly cis-men). Even the promo for the bag is stealth tech-bro energy, which nearly put me off buying it. Should've listened to my gut on that one. I continue to find this issue with multiple cross body bags, yet I believe it is possible to make something with a decent volume that works for a smaller frame (and that also comes in black and sick colours, not just yuk burgundy and tan which seem to be the current go-tos for "women's" bags atm lol). The search for a 4-6L crossbody bag made for a small-medium frame continues.”
