“Beautiful bag to use for daily travel to university or even for work. Be careful if you overfill the bag in the main compartments the flaps do close but it rides high which in turn can expose the stretchable front pockets and that can feel vulnerable in crowded areas. There is a soft padding at the back for protection and the luggage pass through is a nice touch. Although this bag is stated at 12L it definitely feels more like a 9-10L in real world use when packed out. Maybe they measure each compartment separately and then add all the individual volumes together, but in reality when the main compartment is full, it bulges and decreases the space and the amount of stuff you can put in the side pockets. So when the bag is fully packed out it can feel a bit uncomfortable on the body. The shoulder strap is made of very nice materials and is quite smooth to the touch and has reinforced stitching where it connects to the bag with a decent adjustable length but is not detachable.”
