“I absolutely love this backpack, it feels very comfortable on the back, very supportive. It is a noticeable step up in quality and comfort from my cheap backpack I have replaced.
I love having dedicated pocket for different things which I can easily access without needing to repack everything each time I need something that happened to fall to the bottom of a usual style back pack compartment - this was the main reason for my purchase.
The only thing that surprised me in a negative way is the laptop pocket - while the pocket itself is large, larger laptops or utilizing hard laptop case such as Thule for extra protection of smaller laptops will not fit through the opening and such laptop will have to be carried in the main compartment. While I have read this in a feedback prior to my purchase, I did not understand that it is the pocket opening that is not big enough, not the pocket itself.

“The pack looks great with the 2 fabrics and horizontal zippers. It has many handles and pockets with plenty of storage options. The water resistant fabric and zips work well. Overall a good pack with a nice aesthetic.
Minor complaints - For me I wish there was a bit more structure in the laptop pocket because when the bag is full it can bulge which makes removing a laptop or tablet harder. Also I wish there was a small, easy access, soft lined pocket for AirPods so that you can find them easily. There is one pocket with a zipper inside the top but the key hook is also there so suggestion is that your keys and AirPods are in the same place scratching each other.”
