“While I love the design and towel, one of the towels arrived with a pull and I have been unable to reach Sand Cloud customer service. I completed the online form, which said I should hear back within 24 hours. Since then, I have left multiple messages and sent an email to customer service. I still have not been contacted and very frustrated with the lack of service and attention to quality control/issue resolution.”
