“UPDATE - Great customer service by Sand Cloud! They followed up and sent me a gift card to help rectify this situation.
This is my first Sand Cloud purchase and I was very excited to try it out due to all the Facebook advertisements and great reviews. The towel is soft and very large and can easily fit 2-3 people. My 4 year old daughter was building sand castles on the beach and the wet sand landed on the towel, causing it to turn brown. When I got home I immediately washed and dried the towel, following the exact directions provided by Sand Cloud. Not only did some of the sand stain the towel, there is now a tear in my almost brand-new towel. :( I will continue to use it but am scared about what will happen the next time it is washed. I am disappointed in this product!”
