“I would never purchase from them again. Their website populated the wrong address. This was a gift for Mother’s Day which was ordered May 3rd. Original delivery estimate was May 9th. Until the package arrived at the USPS, I was unaware the address was wrong. I contacted Sand Cloud customer service and it takes them days to respond. I wanted them to send another towel to the correct address and to expedite the shipping since it was a Mother’s Day gift. Again this is one email a day since they answer at 3am. They responded with as a one time courtesy they would send another towel. Excuse me but your company screws up a present and to fix it is a courtesy to me? Then when the original package showed up thanks to the USPS, customer service sent two emails confirming the package arrived. Ironic how quick they send emails so they don’t spend extra mines”
