“I have purchased from SandCloud several times and always received well made products without complaint, rather rave reviews. Upon my initial wash before use, a series of loose threads and small hole from unraveling were visible. I contacted Customer Service a week ago with no reply for exchange, as the United product is not available when prompted when initiating a return. Don’t expect to hear from Customer Service timely to rectify an issue.”
