“This review is more about the customer service process if there's an issue with your order. My order was incorrect. The only way to contact Sand Cloud is via email. There is no phone number listed on the website. In found one on google search but no one answers, asks you to leave a message and no one returns your call. So frustrating! So I sent an email to customer service since their rule is a problem must me reported within 24-48 hrs. 3 days later, still no response from the several emails I sent or voice message left. How am I supposed to get this resolved. Hopefully someone sees this and reaches out to me....I won't hold my breath though.”
