“Excellent customer service when I had a slight issue with shipping, everything was taken care of with no hassle. The sheets were not as soft as I was thinking they might be right out of the package, but after the first wash and first night's sleep, I like them a lot. Cozy without feeling too warm, and the fitted sheet pockets are deep enough to very comfortably fit my 10" memory foam mattress. My only wish is that the "Moss" color was slightly more green. It's very muted, but still goes with my current bedroom set.”
