“I ordered the sunflower cooler, but what was delivered to me was the sunflower beach chair. When I emailed customer service I was told that the cooler, that I actually ordered, would not be sent out to me until I sent the chair back and your company could see through tracking, that the chair was in transit. I dropped the chair for return off at my local USPS the very next day. That was 2 days ago. I still have not received notice that th cooler is on its way. This is very frustrating to me, because I ordered that cooler to take on a vacation that I leave for on 2/11/24. Receiving the wrong item was your companies fault, not mine, and now due to your delay in sending me the cooler that I actually ordered, I most likely will not get it in time for my vacation.”
