They are extremely soft, thin yet warm and yes, sand does NOT stick and they dry SO quickly. I don’t know what more you could want. These are perfect for my kiddos. They are in and out of the water constantly so the fact that they dry so quickly and the sand doesn’t stick is huge for us. “After 5 years and 8 Sand Cloud towel purchases, I can no longer recommend this company. The removal of the sewn in pocket on the tie dye collection was not designated on the site. For me, it was the selling point. However, upon discovery/receipt of my new Luna towels, I attempted to contact “Customer Service” via email, phone and Facebook. It took 5 days to receive a dismissive response. Thank you Sand Cloud for solidifying your company is only about sales, rather than customer service or customer loyalty. Given the price of the towels and lack of customer service, I wish Sand Cloud the best in their future endeavors. Sadly, I can no longer provide unsolicited recommendation of your company nor your products.”

While I have an older pattern unlike the one shown above, the quality of these towels are amazing. super lightweight and easy to get sand off of.
