“I made two purchases. One was of a towel, another of a bunch of stuff with a towel. I wanted to cancel the first towel and they said it was too late. They said do “return to sender” and i would get a refund. I have emailed several times with no response to when I would be getting my refund. This is pretty crappy Sandcloud because I love your stuff, but not that I can’t get my money back or even a credit.
The towel itself is awesome. Holds lots of water, dries quickly and is beautiful. I just wish the company that made it could actually help me.”
“Bought two towels. One was very vibrant tie-dye and the other was mostly white. It was supposed to have these beautiful colors and it seemed a little blahhhhh to me. I bought it as a gift for my sister but I wouldn’t give it to her. Online the pictures are filled with color.”
