“This company is copying another company, Turkish T. Sand Cloud has only been around since 2014 while Turkish T was founded in 2009. Sand Cloud uses similar, and sometimes the SAME designs as Turkish T. I won't be buying from Sand Cloud again. Not only are they copying another brand, but when I made an order a while back, it took over 3 weeks for me to get it. While I was wondering where my order was, I wanted help. Sand Cloud asked for my order # and I gave it to them, hoping they could tell me where it was. But they LEFT ME ON READ. Horrible customer service, copying another brand, I feel like Sand Cloud has stopped caring much about what their customers think of them. I am truly ****** off with Sand Cloud. I used to be a proud ambassador, but I can't believe I trusted this company. I will no longer be ordering or promoting this company because I am so mad.”
“I have purchased close to 15 Sandcloud towels for myself and gifts. I travel several times a year and always take some with me. They are perfect for the beach, large and quick drying, plus no sand follows me back to the resort. I also take an X-large towel on plane trips to use as a throw. It works great and takes so little room in my travel bag.”
