“When I got the order, the towel was labeled blanket instead of XL towel. I noticed while ordering it looked like different styles/patterns had different labeling scales so I paid close attention to the dimensions. I was really disappointed when the gift I ordered for someone who didn’t want the super large blanket came that way. I didn’t have time to return it. The other products I’ve purchased have been fantastic, but I’ll hesitate before ordering online again.”

“Great Towel. Used it as a blanket on plane. Forgot it when deboarding the plane. Wouldn't let me go back to get it. Asked 2 airline employees if they could get it for me. Told them what seat too. They didn't help. So frustrating because I liked it. Actually, the plane broke down, so while waiting to board another plane, I ordered a new one. Couldn't use on my trip but the new one was waiting when I got home. Thanks for making a great towel/blanket.”
