Something happened with shipping over 10 days ago and it’s been 5 days since I last heard from you guys and no update on how we are going to resolve this. I was so excited to finally get myself two of these beautiful blankets and was almost in tears when my tracking said it was delivered and there was nothing at my house or mailbox :/ really really really saddened”
