“I received the incorrect towel. I had to jump through hoops to TRY and get it corrected as there is no phone number to contact, only email or messaging on their website. At first I was told to do a number of items to return the wrong towel and order the new one. Came to find out the towel I ordered was no longer in stock. Minimal options were available. After much pushing on my end, we came to an okay option but still will not have the towel I originally ordered. Cannot speak to the replacement towel as I have not used it yet but very poor customer service.”
“Had ordered two towels, charged for both but only sent one. Customer Service was on ot immediately when I inquired about not receive th second towel. Within less than a week, the second arrived. I really like the colors and pattern of the towel. Ordered 2 for a vacation trip to the USVI in October. The towels were lightweight but did an adequate job of drying. The only downfall was as I was shaking sand from my towel, the wind caught it, pulling it into some branches and it snagged. A few days later, it snagged again on something else. I was able to pull the towel taunt inthe opposite direction and mostly fix the snag. I plan on using these only specifically for beach trips and hope that the colors and quality is there years from now.”

“I first experienced Sand Cloud towels on a beach in Hawaii and again, at a lake house in northern Wisconsin. I just had to buy then for our home! Who doesn’t love sea turtles?! They are so lightweight which makes them easy to pack. There are so many design choices if solids aren’t your thing. The attention to detail is impeccable and softness is second to none.”
“I loved my towel so much (I received it as a gift) but I washed it once AS DIRECTED by sand cloud and it SHREDDED the tassels. When the person who bought my towel reached out to Sand Cloud all they did was email back directions on how to re-tie the tassels... not sure how to do that when most of them are too tangled to undo or have just pulled apart completely. So it's great if you never wash it...”
“I was honestly disappointed with my willpower when I gave in to the social media ads and bought one of these expensive towels, but after using it I’m ready to get rid of my stash of bulky beach towels and replace them all. First of all the color and pattern is beautiful! I go to the beach weekly and this towel takes up so much less space and is significantly lighter than my usual beach towels. The sand really does fall right off and it is still absorbent. My other towels were in the dryer for a full 2 cycles after washing and this towel air dried in less than 30 minutes. I’ve already bought a second and I’d love to see a kids size with fun patterns!”
