“I previously ordered towels from Sand Cloud, loved the product, I was given updates regarding my order status and towels were delivered in a timely manner. Given my positive experience, I decided to place an order for two family members upcoming birthdays. I placed the order, money was taken from my account the next day however after a one week I still had not received a shipping update. Once I inquired, I was sent a tracking number however the items took almost two weeks to receive and the items shipped were wrong and also missing an item. The package didn’t even come with a receipt or return label. Customer service was quick to respond but informed me a few days later that two of the three items I ordered were out of stock and they didn’t know when they would be available again. Customer Service only gave me the option to select from a few towels they had available in stock or a credit voucher to place l order for the future. Because they were birthday presents I selected different towels, however I asked if I could have my order expedited for the upcoming birthdays. Customer service said they would comply once they had confirmation the incorrect order was being returned to them (they had to email me the return label). I returned the shipment that day, but received email after the fact and a credit for $12.00 stating that their shipping department would not be able to expedite my correct order. Lets just say this past experience with Sand Cloud has left me bitter.”
“I LOVE this towel! When it first arrived in the mail, my husband wasn’t sold on it. He said it felt TOO soft (like a blanket), and he didn’t believe it would work well at the beach. Well, we took it to Florida with us and now he loves it, too! So soft but absorbent, and as advertised, it didn’t collect any sand at the beach. ALSO, despite using it for a week straight at the pool and dog beach, sitting on it in the sand, etc., it still smelled laundry fresh throughout the whole trip! None of the musty-smell you sometimes get from over-used beach towels. So far I’ve purchased three towels from Sand Cloud and could see myself getting even more in the future. Love love love it!”
