“Purchased this towel 4 months ago, started unraveling after just a few times of use. Customer service is terrible and stopped responding. Have ended up reporting them to the better business bureau! Shame on your company!!! Especially one that prides themselves on empowering the community and saving marine life.”
“I purchased my towel back in June and have only used it a small handful of times. I noticed the other day that the thread was unraveling and so I messaged Sand Cloud immediately and they proceeded to say that there was nothing they can do. I was offered 35% off and then they proceeded to ignore me. Why say you guarantee 100% happiness and promote how great your customer service and products are if you don’t even stand behind your products! This is ridiculous.”
