“I really wanted to love this company but......In a large order of 10 towels (mostly gifts), I only ever received 7 and this sea turtle one was damaged. Customer service did respond within a week offering a refund of the 3 towels not shipped and 20% off the damaged towel. Overall it was an OK experience but I'll probably shop elsewhere next time. The sea turtle print was cute but I was bummed as it was supposed to be a gift. I chose to keep the towel for my own use and hope it doesn't fray any further. Maybe the packaging could have been a box or thicker bag to prevent this from happening.”
