“Love this towel! It held up to its promise of not taking sand with it. Shook right off. Was a huge help on windy dunes to wrap around face and young child to keep blowing sand out of eyes and off skin. Dried us off well too when wet! Highly recommend”
“I ordered three towels from Sand Cloud, including this whale towel. I placed the order on April 27 and still have not received all of my towels - it is now June 13. Two of them came two weeks ago (more than a month and a half after my order was placed) and one towel has still not arrived. I’ve had to contact customer service multiple times to see where my towels were. For the third towel they had to place a new order. All of the towels were in stock and should not have had issues with shipping. I bought them for end of year teacher gifts and was not able to use them for that purpose because shipping has taken so long. The towels I have received were nice and as expected but the amount of stress these towels have caused me going back and forth with customer service etc... is so stupid. Definitely will not be ordering towels from Sand Cloud again. I think they get most of their positive reviews from “Instagram influencers” which basically ruins any credibility for me. Proceed with caution if you want your towels anytime in the next century.”
