“I really wanted to love this company but......In a large order of 10 towels (mostly gifts), I only ever received 7 and one was damaged. I was happy I actually had the whale shark towel I could use for a gift replacement as the one I wanted was never shipped. Customer service did respond within a week offering a refund of the 3 towels not shipped and 20% off the damaged towel. Overall it was an OK experience but I'll probably shop elsewhere next time. Be aware that the towels are all different fabric styles with varying fringe types - I thought it was hard to tell from the website photos and expected them to be similar in style and quality.”
