“So I’ve have purchased what feels like a million of these. I’ve used them mainly as a scarf, a blanket for the movies, a blanket at Disney and only just recently a blanket and towel at the beach. Does it keep sand off, yes. Does it work as a towel to dry you, yes and no. Why yes and no, well the towel stays absolutely soaked. I use a skirt type bottom, and I have boys. Will this dry quickly, maybe if you towel off early on and hang to dry. This might be ok for those tiny bikini wearers. But not if you were spf long sleeve protections and for those Who have kids you keep covered up like me. This is not a review on this specific towel or color. I have a huge selection of these. I initially started off with a three star review , I feel like these towels are over priced yet I’ve bought them time and time again in hopes they were as good as the reviews. I wash these in gentle cycle so there is not “smell” as some say but have to iron gently with a material placed on top since I use as a scarf as well. I did not realize bed bath and beyond sell these as well. None of the online colors and they were on sale cheaper then the normal price. The material seemed different, a bit more course. I appreciate the price also goes towards a great which is also why I have bought from sand cloud. So I can only but hope this is actually what happens. Will I stop buying from sand cloud. Probably not, maybe less purchases, but as far as keeping the sand off a dry towel... yes it absolutely works , if you towel is wet from sitting on it and then you get sand in it, I am not sure. Maybe they will do a video of that. Are they as small as they say they are... yes hey save tons of space! I still love sand cloud but wish it was as absorbent as some others have said. Again, I guess it depends on what you’re drying and if you’re getting in the car right away.”
“Love this towel! Would’ve given it a 5 star but have ordered others since that seem to be a tad softer. Took it to Hawaii with me last year and worked like a charm! Left the sand there and dried me when needed!”
