“I’m from Canada. I ordered several towels and was very excited to receive my purchase. Unfortunately, my package was returned to sender once it reached Canada Post because of an issue with the shipping label. I contacted customer service and they confirmed that they had received the package. They would not resend my package with a correct shipping label. They refunded my subtotal but would not refund the tax paid. I have never had an experience before where I received a refund that did not include the tax. All of the items were returned so what did I pay tax on? This doesn’t make sense and customer service did nothing to try to rectify this situation for me. I am very disappointed.”
