“The mystery towel was colorful and as good as advertised. However I have had problems with two of my orders now and customer service response time is not adequate. I placed an order may 30 and still have not received the order emailed customer service and requested my address. I provided it, no further response. Emailed again. Many days later I was asked to wait until a certain date. I waited. Emailed again. Still waiting on a response.
Another order had a damaged towel. No response to my email yet.....kind of bummed but love the towels”
