“I have now had two damaged towels and one order that did not show up. Customer service does not provide timely responses. The issue with one damaged towel and the non received order was eventually taken care of over a month or so of time. I am still waiting almost 2 weeks now for a response on the second damaged towel. I was also asked to adjust my review because some of the issues had been taken care of. However it was not timely at all.”
