“I purchased the tie dye bundle as gifts for the holiday and I was very disappointed in the quality of the towels.
I was gifted a sand cloud towel years ago and I love my old one. It is a thin towel but it is soft, woven, and well made. It still looks great years later.
...Fast forward to 2020. I was shocked at the poor quality when this bundle arrived. I would have returned the whole bundle, but my entire gift set was depending on giving my friends these towels. It was too late to find something else, but I am a little embarrassed of what I paid versus what I got. I feel duped. They are not soft, they are scratchy and stiff, and don’t look like they will make it through the summer. The towels that showed up at my house do not look like the ones in the pictures.”
“I made two orders in November. I received one but not the other. I understand the backup on shipping. I don’t understand the inability to track the order. I did receive a discount but doesn’t help without the order.”

“I have ordered from this company before and loved there product, I order a set of four towels in Nov and still haven’t received them and no respite back from customer service. Looks like we won’t be getting them in time for Xmas gifts”
