“I ordered end of May, by mid June, there was no tracking information. No confirmation email was ever sent. I reached out twice and never heard back. Was on the verge of disputing with my card company. Then at the very end of June, it just randomly showed up. So strange. Many online share the same sentiments, I learned. The product is adorable but has many loose seams, unfortunately would not purchase from this company again.”
“Super cute (not super soft though). I washed this as the label stated before wearing and the corners and the stitching came loose & ripped before drying.
I immediately contacted the company to advise them of this flaw and have not heard anything back.”
