“I am extremely disappointed with these robes. We washed them when we received them before wearing, carefully following the instructions. Both robes significantly shrunk, be washed on cold dried on low. Additionally, one of the robes came apart at the seam. I have reached out multiple times to address this and have received zero response from customer service.”
