I really wanted to use this towel for my upcoming vacation, but I unfortunately will not be able to. I also wanted to buy one for my friend for her birthday. However, I’m afraid that the lack of communication for customer service will be preventing me from making further purchases. I understand that packages get lost, and it is not necessarily the company’s fault, but I don’t trust them due to the lack of response to my situation.”
