“These washcloths are terrible. The waffle design does nothing but push water around, instead of drying. Also, they now apparently use plastic fishing line to attach their SandCloud labels, which I only noticed when trying to dry my face and getting scratched by it. In addition, it was shipped in a gigantic plastic bag, big enough for me to fit my full size comforter in it, despite the fact that the washcloths were so tiny. All this plastic completely defeats the purpose of their supposed mission.
EDIT: The company reached out to me to try and resolve the complaint. They said that they would look into the issues I've stated, and offered me some compensation to make up for the shortcomings of the product. I've bought products from SandCloud before, and not all of them are such low quality. I would still purchase other products from them again and will say that they do have good customer service.”

“I like that these are organic. I use them to remove my makeup. The shape does shrink and twist some over time with washing and drying in a washing machine and dryer. I'm glad the material is a bit thicker so they should last longer.”
