“I love the blanket. Looks good. Comfortable. But here's the thing...
When I first unpacked it I lifted off the inspection sticker and under it was a huge pull. Maybe the glue from that tiny sticker caused it. Seems unlikely. I emailed Sand Cloud about it and they never responded beyond acknowledging that I'd sent them an email. So I figure ok... I can live with it [even though I'd only had the blanket for 1 minute and it already has a huge pull]. Then over the next few days I noticed pulls all over the blanket. It's riddled with thread loops pulled up and out.
Just enormously disappointed that something so expensive could have such quality problems. And the lack of response to my initial email compounds my disappointment.”
