“Through an error of my own, which I caught within a day, the wrong shipping address was provided. I emailed customer service. It took 4 days to get a response and they said they couldn’t do anything, and to contact the shipping company. The shipping company refused to help as well.
Eventually, the post office sent the package back to the sender. Days later I heard from a Sand Cloud rep - they offered 3 options (return, gift card, new order). I chose a new order - but I was informed my original selection was sold out.
Long story short, the towels are great. The customer service policies and services/time to respond are slow and not helpful. I was very disappointed.. especially since this whole ordeal took weeks to resolve and it could have been handled within a day.”
