“I’d describe it as using a thicker, very rough paper towel to dry your entire body, yes it dries quickly but is not enjoyable to use and I’d rather use a regular towel than these over priced paper towels”

Customer service contacted me to explain how i can break them in for a better feel. They followed up to make sure i not only got the message but to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase. Really went above and beyond your normal company. Very impressed and will try more of their products.”
