Went back and forth with customer service and instead of giving me a refund or a new blanket, was offered a partial refund, a fraction of what I paid.do not buy this product. If it has any faults, they won’t send you a new one or refund your money.”

We understand how disappointing it must be to receive a blanket that appears used when you haven't even had the chance to use it yet. This is certainly not the level of quality we strive for, and we are truly sorry for any frustration this has caused.

“There is a good side & a bad side to this blanket. I love how soft & comfy it is. It's also so breathable. But I haven't had it very long & it already has so many catches in the fabric. It's very delicate. For the price I paid for it, I just wish it was a little more durable, or that I would have known so that I wouldn't have bought It to use as a comforter.”
