“After multiple attempts to reach this company through both emails you have yet to contact me. One attempt was within 2 minutes after a pop up added blankets to my order that was not intended to be on my order and charged to my card. Still after 2 weeks nobody has contacted me. I did not receive those extra blankets either, yet it was charged to my card. When the one blanket came , the package had a huge slit in the bag with no protection around the one blanket that I did order. I do not like to add a bad review however since you refuse to contact me about this, I feel I have no choice.”

“I’ve been looking forward to receive this blanket. This is the second product I’ve bought from this brand and the first one (a big beach towel) is excellent!
Nevertheless, when I opened the package and unfold the blanket a huge amount of fuzz blew into the air and on my bed. I thought it will go away after I wash it, so I did, twice, but there’s still a lot of fuzz. Very annoying.
UPDATE: After a few weeks customer support contacted me about the lint issue described above and sent me a new blanket with their apologies. I have to say that this new blanket has a little lint but nothing like the first one. I’ve already washed it once and the lint is almost gone. Happy customer. Great customer support service!”
