“Product came with a large snag in the towel. I initiated a return for another product I didn’t like and an exchange for a new whale shark hooded towel. I reached out via customer service prior to sending my items back via usps for help with the exchange. I received a couple standard form responses about how to return and exchange items. I went ahead and completed my online return/exchange and mailed items back. Waited one week to inquire about the status if the exchange and was told “if I had reached out before the return was processed, they could’ve helped with an exchange” and that I could order the item again if I wanted it. No thanks. Failed customer service IMO.”
