“UPDATE: Though my star rating for the bath towels remains the same as I just did not like them, I do want to say I finally got them returned. Apparently customer service is only open certain days a week. They will get back to you when they are open, so you have to be patient. And, even though I made the return successfully, they reached out to me to apologize to me and to make sure I was happy with their company, gave me a gift card to use. They were kind, understanding, and not pushy in any way. They went totally out of their way to let me know they not only stood behind their company, but to make me a happy customer again. So FIVE STARS for customer service!
First off. I've ordered other Sand Cloud towels and really like them. I do NOT like these towels! They are huge and really thick and heavy. They feel as heavy as a blanket! They also seem as large as a blanket! They do not dry fast. I can still feel the dampness the next day and they start to stink. I've washed them over and over and they leave a huge amount of lint on my body and on everything in the bathroom. I actually hate them. I will say that they are really pretty! But that's about it. I've done the whole online return thing and have not heard a THING back! There is no phone number that I can find. I am very unhappy as these are NOT cheap! I'm hoping I can get my money back for them, but I'm having a bad feeling about the whole thing.”
