“These bath towels are a great color and I love the look of the texture but it’s not my favorite material. I reached out to customer service and they were beyond helpful with instructions for softening up the cotton. This company is top notch and I know I can buy any product with confidence. I also know that if I have questions or concerns, they will go above and beyond to assist.”
