“Love the towel, but not thrilled with the fringe.
I guess I just didn’t think how fringe would feel when it got wet.
I wrote a complaint and SoundCloud offered me a $20 gift certificate, since I’m happy with the towels (other than the fringe), I told them I didn’t need a gift certificate, but they still insisted on giving me a refund. I thought it was very thoughtful that they listened to my feedback communicated with me numerous times and still gave me a refund.”

“Though the size and color are great, I am not impressed with this product. The waffle is not as I anticipated. I have washed them twice and softness is adequate. It “feel” is not what I expected.”
