“Seemed like great towels except for the fact that every time you use them they leave lint all over you. Super annoying that after a nice shower I’m now covered in black lint. Contacted support and they just told me that it will stop with time and to wash and hang dry……. Yeah already washed them multiple times and it’s not any better. This was disappointing because I’ve been wanting these towels for a long time and finally decided to spend a large amount of money on getting a whole set. :(
UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and said they were sorry that their proposed solutions did not help. They offered me a partial refund in the form of store credit which is nice but I’m still stuck with linty towels that I don’t like to use. Maybe I will try another towel in a different fabric with the store credit.”

“I use Sand Cloud towels for all of our bathrooms because they dry out quickly. Which also means I don't expect them to be plush & super soft - that's the trade off. Butour other SC towels are at least soft. These waffle towels are pretty rough feeling. I've only washed them a few times so far, so hoping they'll soften over time. They do dry very quickly, even in humid weather.”
