“I absolutely love these sheets! So soft and comfortable. However, my experience with Sand Cloud customer service is extremely disappointing. I ordered a second set of sheets but inadvertently had them sent to the incorrect address. I immediately emailed them to explain what had happened and asked for the second set to be mailed to a different location. I received no response other than an automated message saying that my order had been updated-meaning the second set was cancelled. I emailed again asking for them to be sent to the correct address-no reply. I looked up the phone number to Sand Cloud to try to speak with someone but had to leave a message. Still no response. I would have just reordered but the sale price was not available to me. It’s a shame as I have never been disappointed in their products, having purchased several sets of towels for myself and my family.”
